Research overview：
これまで、タンパク質複合体が形成される際には、様々な構成分子が確率論的に出会い会合していくことにより、レゴブロックが積み重なるかの如く組み立てられると考えられてきた。しかし、細胞内には“短時間”で構築・解体される巨大な構造体も存在する。本研究では、既存モデルでは説明の難しい巨大な構造体の迅速な構築・解体機構について、“液・液相分離”と“可逆的な液・固相転移”に基づく革新的な理論の構築を目的とする。
