SNP2APA is a database for exploring the effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) on alternative polyadenylation (APA). SNP2APA allows users to :
Browse or search cis-apaQTLs and trans-apaQTLs across different cancer types;
Browse or search apaQTLs associated with patient overall survival across different cancer types;
Browse or search apaQTLs in GWAS linkage disequilibrium (LD) regions;
Predict the effects of SNP on PAS by submitting wild sequence and mutant sequence;
Download figures and all apaQTL results.
