【請求項1】少なくとも一部が硬化剤で架橋された、低エンドトキシンアルギン酸の1価金属塩のスポンジ状の第1の層および第2の層を含み、第1の層のアルギン酸の1価金属塩の重量平均分子量が25,000~500,000であり、第2の層のアルギン酸の1価金属塩の重量平均分子量が3,000~100,000であり、前記重量平均分子量が脱架橋処理後にGPC-MALS法により測定したものであり、第1の層のアルギン酸の1価金属塩の重量平均分子量が、第2の層のアルギン酸の1価金属塩の重量平均分子量よりも高く、第1の層における硬化剤の使用量が、0.5μmol/cm2~2.0μmol/cm2であり、第2の層における硬化剤の使用量が、0.6μmol/cm2~2.4μmol/cm2であり、第1の層と第2の層のアルギン酸の1価金属塩のエンドトキシン含有量が、500EU/g以下である、滅菌された、生体に適用可能なスポンジ状積層体を含む、癒着防止材。
