【請求項1】 ユーザの入力指示に応じて、患者の呼吸動作における特定位相のタイミングを入力する呼吸位相タイミング入力部と、 入力された複数の前記特定位相のタイミング間の時間に基づいて、前記患者の呼吸数を算出する呼吸数算出部と、複数回算出された複数の前記呼吸数の変動が所定範囲内に収まっているか否かを判定する判定部と、 を備え、呼吸数に応じた重症度が予め複数段階設定されており、前記所定範囲は、前記算出された呼吸数が異なる前記重症度同士の境界に近い場合には、前記算出された呼吸数が前記境界から遠い場合に比べて狭くなるように呼吸数に応じて設定されており、前記呼吸数算出部は、複数の前記呼吸数の変動が前記所定範囲内に収まっている場合、前記患者の呼吸数の算出を終了する、 生体情報取得装置。
