【請求項1】 一方面上に開口する井戸構造を有する基板と、前記基板の前記一方面上に形成され、前記井戸構造の開口部を封止する脂質二重膜とを備える脂質膜デバイスの前記脂質二重膜に、 脂質膜内に膜タンパク質を含む脂質小胞を融合させ、その結果、前記脂質二重膜に前記膜タンパク質が導入される工程を含み、 前記基板の前記一方面と前記脂質二重膜との間に薄膜層が積層され、前記薄膜層は、前記井戸構造の前記開口部に延在するオーバーハング部を有する、 脂質二重膜に前記膜タンパク質が導入された脂質膜デバイスの製造方法。
