【請求項1】 移植片であって、 前記移植片は、生体内に移植された場合に体液に接触するシェル部と、前記シェル部の内部に位置するコア部とを有し、 前記コア部は細胞を含む複数の第1のハイドロゲルファイバを含み、 前記シェル部は半透膜として機能する第2のハイドロゲルを含み、 前記移植片は外径1mm以上の大きさを有し、前記複数の第1のハイドロゲルファイバは、前記シェル部の内部で互いに間隔をあけて配置されている、移植片。
