【請求項1】正極と、負極と、を備える非水電解質二次電池であって、 前記負極は、多孔質金属体で構成される集電体と、前記多孔質金属体の細孔内に配置された負極材と、を有し、 前記負極材は、シリコン系材料で構成される負極活物質と、シロキサン結合を有するケイ酸塩を含む骨格形成剤と、導電助剤と、バインダと、を含み、 前記負極の面方向外側における前記骨格形成剤の含有量が、前記負極の面方向内側における前記骨格形成剤の含有量より多く、前記正極は、前記負極に対向する領域に、前記正極の他の領域と比べて外力により変形しやすい緩衝層を有する、非水電解質二次電池。
