Research overview：
子どもに優しい環境で、聞き取り、診察、心のケアがワンストップで受けられるCAC(Children’s Advocacy Center)モデルが欠かせない。CACモデルには虐待対応の基本である警察/検察、児童相談所、医療などの多機関連携が必要である。各機関が専門性を発揮し、各機関の役割を理解しながら連携を進めなくてはならないが、医療がハブとなることの利点は多い。診察には証拠保全と身体的に問題がないことの保証を与え安心させる系統的全身診察が必要である
