Research overview：
生物本来の生育場所であり、主たる農業生産の場でもある野外では、温度や光などが刻一刻と複雑に変化します。本研究では、独自の遺伝子発現予測技術と、大規模な環境制御、ケミカルトランスクリプトミクスを組み合わせることで、複雑な野外環境下における遺伝子発現の化学的制御を合理的に設計する技術の開発を目指します。この技術によって、野外における環境応答の分子機構の解明、その自在な制御につながることが期待されます。
