Research overview：
本研究では多能性幹細胞をまるごと融合することで、任意のターゲット細胞を短時間に、高効率で、かつ遺伝情報を損なうことなく多能性幹細胞へ誘導する(リプログラミング)技術を創出します。私たちはこれまでに融合細胞の単離・追跡・評価を1細胞レベルで行うことを可能にし、融合後24時間以内にリプログラミングが開始することを見出しています。個々の融合細胞をプロファイル化し、リプログラミング条件の最適化を行います。
