Research overview：
金属粉末積層造形により作られる製品の強度向上のためには、原料粉末の製造過程(ガスアトマイズ)で生じる粉末内気孔の除去が必須である。本課題では、アトマイズ過程での気孔残留/排出を再現可能なシミュレーションモデルを開発する。併せて放射光X線CTを用いた粉末内気孔の高精度三次元分析を実施し、モデルの信頼性検証とフィードバックを行う。
