Research overview：
末梢リンパ組織には、自分の組織を認識する自己反応性T細胞が存在し、自己免疫疾患、ガンといった自己関連疾患において極めて重要な役割を担いますが、その制御については十分明らかではありません。本研究では、生体内において自己反応性T細胞を網羅的に同定する新規システムを構築することで、上記疾患における役割、分子レベルでの制御を解明します。また、その知見を基盤とした革新的治療法の創成を目指します。
