翻訳中の新生タンパク質は、修飾・フォールディング・オルガネラ移行といった反応場を提供し、タンパク質の動態や量を調節している重要な因子です。最近では、新生タンパク質の異常が疾病因子となることも明らかにされています。本提案では、既存技術では到達できなかった「翻訳中」に起きる生化学的イベントをこれまでにない深度と解像度で捉え、その意義を解明します。
