Research overview：
高齢勤務者やパートタイム勤務者が多い介護施設では、勤務シフト作成システム導入時に多様な制約条件を施設毎に設計する必要があり、導入を妨げる一因となっている。本課題では、当該施設の過去のシフトをもとに特有の条件を自動設計し、これを制約条件として利用する最適化によりシフトを自動生成する技術を開発する。
