環境ノイズに強いトポロジカル量子コンピューティングの実現が期待されるキタエフスピン液体物質の開発を究極の目標として掲げ、固相メタセシス反応に立脚した準安定物質探査空間を開拓します。固相メタセシスにおいて必然的に生じる副生成物を無機物質合成における相図の新たな軸に加え、副生成物に内在する組成・生成熱・混合エントロピーなどの複合自由度を制御する技術を確立することで準安定相への自在アクセスを目指します。
