Research overview：
薬物の開発が実際に作用を発揮する細胞内とかけ離れた環境からスタートしてきたことは、創薬開発の効率が上がらない一因である。そこで本研究課題では、核磁気共鳴(NMR)法を用いた「動的構造創薬」技術と「in cell NMR」技術を融合した 「細胞内創薬」技術を開発し、技術集約型ベンチャーの起業を介して、オープンイノベーション化する可能性を検証する。
