Research overview：
卵は環境の影響を受けやすいため、卵の品質管理は、地球環境変動における種の保全や食料確保、さらには人類の生殖医療にまで、幅広い分野での鍵です。本研究では、環境が卵に与える分子レベルでの変化を明らかにし、卵の品質を予測する数理モデルの作成を目指します。さらに、体細胞から生殖細胞へのmRNAの輸送経路を明らかにし、生体内で卵の品質を管理するナノドラッグ・デリバリー法の開発を目指します。
