Research overview：
安定同位体をプランクトン群集に取り込ませて有機物中の13C、15Nを二次イオン質量分析装置(NanoSIMS)で観察して植物プランクトンによるCN取り込み活性を細胞毎に可視化、定量し、得られた結果をFRRf、安定同位体取り込み実験で得られたバルクの結果と比較します。ピコプランクトンを対象に有機態の13C利用を可視化します。上記の結果をモデルに応用して東北沖海域の一次生産を推定します。
