Research overview：
エネルギー転換における世代間および世代内の不公正や事実認識における科学の不確実性といった課題を踏まえたガバナンス手法を開発する。その準備として再生可能エネルギー事業におけるトレードオフとシナジーについて網羅的に情報収集した上でメタ分析を行なう。また環境アセスメントなど既存のガバナンスについてイシューごとにステークホルダーの関与のあり方やコミュニケーション手法について課題を把握する。極端なフレーミングや科学的知見の恣意的な選択という現状に対して信頼性のある汎用情報を提供すると同時に、再生可能エネルギーへの多様な価値評価を踏まえた地域ごとの意思決定支援の手法開発に向けた方針を確立する。
