Research overview：
脂肪酸の長さ制御とアルケン生産反応を同時に行う「バイオガソリン生産酵素」をCYP152ファミリー酵素のコンセンサス配列と40%の相同性を示す4700種から選別します。アミノ酸配列クラスタリング、タンパク質構造予測AI、MDシミュレーションを用いて酵素活性を推定します。適切な炭素鎖長まで短縮するとアルケンを生産する酵素を選定し、タンパク質を発現して活性評価します。酵素を用いてバイオ燃料を生産します。
