Research overview：
COVID-19パンデミックによる行動変容の結果、多くの感染症の流行が一時的に下火になった一方で、梅毒やMpoxなど性感染症の流行は拡大しました。本研究はビッグデータを用いてパンデミック下における性感染症の有病率、罹患率、再感染率、感染リスクを評価し、流行抑制のための対策立案を目指します。また、今後新規の性感染症流行が起こった際、流行状況を早期に検知するシステムの構築を目指します。
