Research overview：

従来の法的判断予測の枠組みでは与えられた事実関係と原告・被告の主張を所与として予測を行っており、原告・被告それぞれの法的議論の中での役割が軽視されている点が課題でした。本研究では、法的判断を行う者・訴えを提起する者・訴えを受ける者の異なる3つの立場と日本法に基づく規範を反映したエージェントの構築手法を確立し、マルチエージェントな法議論シミュレーションの構築を目指します。
