Research overview：
近年、様々な分子に結合する核酸アプタマーが注目されています。しかし、多くの場合DNAやRNAが利用されていたため、化学的機能に乏しいという問題点がありました。本研究では、我々が開発した配列解析法を利用してペプチド核酸(PNA)によるアプタマーの開発を目指します。PNAを利用することでこれまで困難であった標的分子への結合や生体分子検出などへの応用が期待できます。
