研究代表者らが既に開発した650V級、特性オン抵抗2.2mΩcm^2の超低オン抵抗を有するSiスーパージャンクション型のバイポーラトランジスタ(Si-SJBJT)を用い、世界初のヒートシンクレスソリッドステートリレー(25A、240V定格)を実現する可能性判断のための、同トランジスタのヒートシンクレス条件での通電試験を行う。
