Research overview：
対面での社会的インタラクション時に生じる心理的ストレスは,人々のパフォーマンスに悪影響を与えることがあります。これを踏まえ,本研究では,対面での社会的インタラクション状況の例として音楽公演に着目し,演奏者の緊張・あがりに関わる内的・外的要因の解明に取り組みます。これらの要因に基づき,社会的インタラクション時に感情状態を制御する訓練法を開発し,ストレス下におけるパフォーマンス向上の支援を目指します。
