Research overview：
細胞スケールの生物は、周囲の流体を通してその環境を認識しています。本研究では、流体方程式に内在する数理的な構造に着目することで、生物の見る世界の「形」と「動き」の数理的な記述法の構築に取り組みます。様々な細胞間流体相互作用に現れる力学的素過程の解明を通して、多種多様な生物の基本行動原理を記述する枠組みとなる細胞間コミュニケーション力学の創出を目指します。
