Research overview：
新規圧電単結晶Ca3TaGa3Si2O14(CTGS)を支持基板として,LiNbO3,あるいはLiTaO3を薄板として接合させた基板構造を提案し,ゼロ温度係数,5%以上の共振比帯域幅,1000以上のQ値を有するSAW共振子を開発し,高安定・高性能なスマートフォン向けフィルタとしての実用可能性を検証する.
