Research overview：
我々の生活を豊かにし得る次世代情報化社会では、莫大な情報を高効率でかつ、省エネルギーで処理する事が喫緊の課題となっています。そのような背景から本研究課題では、反強磁性酸化物の電子スピンを情報担体に選び、MRAMの情報高密度化を実現します。また情報担体機能に留まらず、多値出力、発電、高感度センシング、演算などの機能も盛り込み、多機能酸化物で構成された究極のデバイス創製を目指します。
