Research overview：
細胞内では、特定のタンパク質やRNAが液-液相分離現象によって集まることで、非膜性構造体が形成されます。本研究では、ミクロ階層(原子・分子挙動)・メゾ階層(相分離)を繋ぐマルチスケールシミュレーション手法の開発を行い、非膜性構造体内部の動的不均一性が分子の拡散・局在・相互作用に与える影響の解明を目指します。
