Research overview：
本研究では、独自に開発した持続可能なタンパク質標識法を応用し、細胞内オルガネラを時間無制限に観察し、その動態解析を行う。蛍光プローブが入れ替わり続けるタンパク質標識法の開発と応用を進め、オルガネラの長時間・超解像イメージング、マルチカラーイメージング、コンタクトサイトのイメージングを行うことで、オルガネラの微細構造とオルガネラ間相互作用を解析し理解する。
