Research overview：
将来の情報通信技術の持続的な発展のためには、既存の技術とは異なる低電力動作が可能な新しい技術が必要となります。本研究では、熱力学的に可逆な制御による超伝導回路を用いたスケーラビリティの高い超低電力計算システムを開発します。半導体集積回路に対して、低消費エネルギーで動作が可能な4ビット算術論理演算器の実現を目指します。
