Research overview：
老化依存的な睡眠制御機構の不安定化を研究対象として,加齢依存的な脳機能の動的不安定性を解明・制御することを目指します。ショウジョウバエをモデル生物とすることで初めて実現可能となる神経工学と合成生物学の学際領域的な睡眠工学的アプローチを提案し,老化時計の不安定性を修復し,神経工学的手法と合成生物学的な視点を組み合わせた,シナプス可塑性と脳波制御に基づくアンチエイジング方法論の確立を目指します。
