Research overview：
微細加工技術の進化は、学術の深化と産業の発展をもたらします。本研究では、圧縮変形下の薄膜が呈する「Rugaパターン」を活用し、利便性と安全性に優れたナノ加工技術「Rugaリソグラフィ」を開発します。特に、Rugaパターンを用いたDNAの誘導自己組織化を基本原理とし、その制御機構を明らかにすることにより、シングルナノメートルオーダーの主要寸法を有した機械要素「シングルナノ機械要素」を創成します。
