Research overview：
本研究では、転写因子によるエンハンサー調節(Regulome)の視点から老化に伴う(1)骨髄でのB細胞分化の低下と(2)末梢B細胞の活性化の変容の分子機構の解明を目的とします。(1)については加齢に伴うコア転写因子の協調作用の変動を明らかにしその分子機構の解明を目指し、(2)についてはsingle-cell Multiome (scMultiome)解析を用いて老化B細胞を同定し、抗体の親和性亢進を司るAID遺伝子の発現調節機構を解明します。
