Research overview：
海洋における物質循環の主役は植物プランクトンをはじめとした微視的な生物です。海洋生態系の将来像を把握する上で、10万種以上ともいわれる真核微生物の環境応答を理解することが不可欠です。本研究は、海水溶存画分の非生物態RNAの網羅的・定量的分析を用いて全プランクトン種の増殖・死滅を同時に計測する環境影響評価手法を確立し、気候変動下における海洋生態系の応答解明を目指します。
