多種多様な生物種、翻訳後修飾なども含むプロテオームの生データリポジトリと、発現解析が可能な再解析データのデータベースからなる統合プロテオームデータベースjPOSTのデータ拡充と機能の強化を行う。データベース開発チームとユーザーが一体となってデータサイエンスに取り組むjPOST primeを立ち上げ、生命科学、情報科学、臨床、工学、食品分野などに貢献する。
