Research overview：
自己免疫疾患は、免疫が自分自身の組織や細胞に過剰に反応して発症します。その治療は、免疫抑制薬が主流であり、副作用として感染症罹患が大きな問題となっています。本研究では、免疫細胞における脂質の量的・質的変化に着目して自己・非自己認識が破綻する機構を解明し、副作用を回避できるような自己免疫疾患の診断・予防・治療・食事療法の確立につなげることを目的とします。
