Research overview：
小胞体は、タンパク質の品質と量を適切に保つため、それらを分解する独自の仕組みを備えています。しかしながら、タンパク質分解に関わる各過程が小胞体上のどこで、どのようなキネティクスで行われるのかという時空間情報については意外にも殆ど明らかにされていません。本研究では、分解過程を観測する蛍光イメージング技術の開発などを通じて、小胞体におけるタンパク質分解を新たな次元・観点から理解することを目指します。
