Research overview：
昇温脱離分析法は、試料を加熱し、脱離した気体を質量分析計により同定する手法です。本研究では、独自開発してきた超高温・高感度な真空昇温脱離分析法を基盤技術とし、無機材料の欠陥・表面に関する新しいキャラクタリゼーション手法の確立を目指します。無機固体からの高温熱脱離過程に関する学理を新たに構築し、従来の非破壊な分光法では分析困難な化学構造・相互作用を明らかにすることに挑戦します。
