本研究では、次世代放射光を活用したレンズレスナノCT技術「X線タイコグラフィ」を基盤とし、「深層学習を援用した計測限界突破」と「機械学習による機能発現過程の理解」により、触媒粒子の化学状態から有機/無機材料の空間階層構造まで、ナノからミクロに亘って理解する『次世代放射光X線ナノCT技術』を構築します。社会課題への応用を通じて、計測と予測に基づくものづくり推進のための変革の一翼を担います。
