Research overview：
研究代表者は、非磁性のアンビポーラ伝導体YH2が、スピン偏極状態を数10μmに亘って保持することを見出し、これが電子-正孔スピン交換相互作用に起因することを理論的に示した。この磁気情報の長距離伝送にもとづいて、本課題では、磁気的2重ヘテロ構造におけるスピン共役電圧の室温MR化を、5μmのアンビポーラ領域長に対して、70%以上にして、起業の可能性を検証する。
