Research overview：
本提案は、超音波(US)照射によるサルコペニアの実践的予防システムを開発するものである。サルコペニアの病態は生体内の過剰な活性酸素が処理しきれなくなる点にある。我々はラットに対するUS照射により、血中の著しい抗酸化能の上昇とサルコペニアの有意な予防効果を確認した。今後は、ヒトに応用できるUS照射装置の開発に向けて起業の可能性を検証する。
