Research overview：
本研究の究極の目標は、生体分子に匹敵する、あるいは自然界に存在しない人類に有益な機能性タンパク質集合体を創り出す「革新的なタンパク質デザイン」を確立することです。その第一歩として本研究では、タンパク質を自在に配列し様々な形状の集合体を創り出すモジュール式タンパク質集積デザインを確立し、構造制御・機能搭載を可能にすることで、生体材料への応用を視野に入れた機能性タンパク質集合体を構築します。
