Research overview：
本研究は、DNAナノ分子配置技術を、従来の免疫シナプス再構成系、無細胞再構成と組合せ、空間分解能を向上した新規再構成系を樹立する。確立した新規再構成系を用いて、PD-1高次構造体形成に必要な因子を同定し、申請者が見出した新規分子モデルを検証する。さらに、PD-1の未知の分子機能を新規分子モデルの文脈で検証する。
