Research overview：
ヒトの季節性うつと動物の冬眠様行動の類似点に着目し、両者に共通する代謝制御メカニズムの有無を解明します。マウスの行動動画を大量撮影し、動画解析AIを用いて表現型を自動同定します。マウス検体やヒト患者由来検体を自動化絶対定量オミクス計測とトランスオミクス解析に供し、季節性うつと冬眠様行動の代謝制御メカニズムを解明します。関連する分子群の進化的な古さを推定し、両者に共通の進化的起源があるか検討します。
