Research overview：
生活習慣病の多くは、過度に病態が進行すると元に戻らない状態になり、治癒が困難となります。この現象は、線維化と呼ばれる組織構造変化が起き、本来の組織としての役割を果たせなくなることに起因します。本研究では、イメージングや単一細胞解析などの最新技術を駆使して“組織線維化の駆動装置である血管新生”をリアルタイムかつ分子レベルで捉え、組織線維化を自在に制御できる革新的イノベーションの創出を目指します。
