Research overview：
キャリア輸送性の有機アミンを導入した2次元ペロブスカイトを半導体層とした電界効果トランジスタを作製する。有機アミン層と金属ハロゲン層でキャリア輸送を分担させた革新的なアンビポーラ駆動を実現する。成膜プロセスの最適化により粒界密度と欠陥密度を低減させ、それにより、キャリア輸送を高速化させることを目指す。
