Research overview：
ゲノム編集や合成生物学分野の発展に伴って、DNA合成の需要は急速に拡大しており、DNA設計・合成プロセスの自動化が求められています。しかし、自動化装置の利用が複雑であること、実験プロトコルの共有の仕組みが整っていないなどの理由によって自動化の試みは十分に浸透していません。本研究では、近年開発が進む大規模言語モデルを利用し、DNA設計・合成の自動化を支援する対話型AIエージェントの開発を行います。
