Research overview：
極低温動作を前提としたCMOSコンピューティング技術を開拓します。近年注目を集めている量子チップは、量子ビットをノイズから守るために、室温から複数の温度階層を隔てた数mK程度の極低温環境に置かれています。しかし、77Kや4K等の中間温度階層は有効利用されてきませんでした。そこで、本研究では中間温度階層の有効利用する極低温コンピューティング技術を開拓し、CMOS回路の極限性能を追求します。
