Research overview：
本研究では、細胞内構造体の構造、物性、配向性や流動性などを計測し、細胞内構造体形成における相転移プロセスを体系的に解析する革新的計測手法を確立する。さらに、広範囲の物性変化を示す中心体の形成機構をモデルとし、相転移を駆動する制御機構とその生理的意義を解明することを目的とする。さらに、徹底的な計測から得られたデータを材料とし、物理的な相転移モデルを検証することで、細胞内の相転移機構の理論化を目指す。
